Vancouver: Aquarium

I enjoy the aquarium...it's as close to snorkeling, surfing and swimming with the dolphins as I'll ever get.

I prefer a thick plate of glass between myself and these wonderous creatures.

Here, a night at the beautiful Vancouver Aquarium.

yes!!! these came out great, esp the jellygif haha there's just something so soothing about standing in front of a big tank of unbelievably colorful and beautiful ocean life, even if there are millions of screaming children running circles around you, and capturing all different types of images. i was just at the boston aquarium with my cousin and her little newborn and got some cool shots. now that they've finished updating the giant ocean tank, i'll be going there whenever visitors are in town to take advantage of all the amazing photo opportunities!

ps- i'm new to your blog and i LOVE it! you're work is really inspiring. i've been a portrait photog for several years, but just moved to boston recently and now am starting off my own freelance photog career!! happy to see some fellow photographers in the city!
