Found these in the Foodhogger archives, when we had a cooking demo from the executive chef of Spencer's, Chris Haworth.

Love the yellow of the yolk.

Asparagus are my favorite! yummie!! I mostly make it the dutch way (I think?) wrapped in ham, a sliced cooked egg on top and grated parmaham cheese... hmm. You're food pictures are as always mouthwatering.. :)
