New York Fashion Week: SEEN: Bill Cunningham
It made my NYF WEEK when I got to exchange a few words with Bill Cunningham! I spotted him in the tent and scurried after him to get a shot, then tapped him on the arm and told him what a huge fan of his I was. He said,
"Are you having a good time shooting?"
I nodded vigorously and he smiled and said,
"Just keep on shooting."
Good advice. If you haven't seen it yet, the film.

What an absolute thrill for you! That is one of my very favorite movies and he has so much love for what he does.
Oh I'd die!! good for you for approaching him. I'd be afraid. I absolutely loved the film. Was so moving and inspirational. "I eat with my eyes" is the best quote!
Have you seen the documentary on him? One of the best I've seen! He's such a cutie too!!
I know, such a cutie! I hesitated to approach him, but then realized it may be my only chance, and did it. So happy I did!
