Boston: Francesca's Cafe
Location:
564 Tremont St, Boston, MA
Everyone talks about the South End, so we made it there this past Sunday - it was cold you guys, and everything was closed! Why do they do that? Made it to Francesca's Cafe in a frozen state and thawed out nicely with a hot chocolate, tea and a tuna melt (apty named for this occasion). Oh, a pretty cupcake made the cut, too.

I loved the green handlebars too! :) Thanks Kristina!
That hot chocolate looks delicious!
Drooling over that hot chocolate. Omg...absolutely drooling.
Awe, I love Francesca's! When hubby & I were in Boston on our honeymoon we went there, and it continues to be one of our favorite spots. They have a lot of simple, good stuff!
i made a tuna melt for lunch yesterday....yum! :)
That hot chocolate looks delicious! I love Francesca's, but I hardly ever seem to make it over there. [ Especially in winter! ]
These pictures are gorgeous! I feel like I was there. (Unfortunately for me I'm still cold and my tummy is empty.) : )
Hhahaa, Jenn, hope you get warmed up soon!
Good to hear you guys like Francesca's too!
Jaime, I could use one today!
Fabulous photos! Love your site
Ohhh your blog makes me so hungry. Love those photos.
Always nice to pop into a warm and cosy place (love the fairy lights draped from the ceiling!) to escape the blistery cold outside, and top it off with a good hot chocolate and cupcake!
That hot chocolate looks delicious! Exactly what I wish I could have right about now.
That hot chocolate looks absolutely delicious and combined with that fabulous cupcake it would make a wonderful afternoon treat. I love the selective focus and beautiful bokeh on both of this images a lot.
Lovely pics! Love Francescas! Flour is lovely to warm up on a cold day too. But so lame when stores close due to the cold (but without snow?)
Definitely venture back in Spring...the tree-line streets with brownstones would make for some beautiful pics!
love your images... the cupcake looks fantastic!
